Anita Schäfer

A graduate in Law from the University of Hannover in Lower Saxony, Germany, in 1996 and based in Majorca since 1998, she provided her professional services at the office of ALCUDIA ASESORES S.L., legal, fiscal and labour consultants, working as a freelance professional until 2007. Working in collaboration with Mr Miguel Martorell Oliver, her time at this practice allowed her to broaden her knowledge with a special emphasis on tax issues.

Her 10-year knowledge base, learning and experience curve led her to open her own practice in 2007 under the name SCHÄFER ASESORES S.L.U.

Most cases the practice handles cover all types of non-resident issues, particularly real estate law, government-related issues, different types of tax advice and the respective tax returns.
